Recently, I’ve been discussing the strengths of Africans and our roles on the global stage. This crusade stems from the idea that the equation must be balanced. We must combat inequality and injustice in our world.
For far too long, the strength and value of African people have been undermined, robbing us of our rightful position on the global stage.
Today, Africa and Africans are labeled as belonging to "third-world nations." Our continent is described as underdeveloped, even as its resources—both human and mineral—are being looted and exploited. There is an overwhelming amount of inequality and injustice in the world.
Now, there is an urgent need to balance the equation. This requires everyone to recognize their value. It means understanding both strengths and weaknesses. It’s time to reject the mindset that one person or group is inherently superior while ignoring or failing to appreciate the strengths of others.
While we may not all possess the same strengths, we must value our unique places in the world.

For Africans, this begins with realizing who we are and what we have. We cannot achieve a level playing field until all parties recognize the value they bring to the table and understand their negotiation power.
To confront the evils of inequality and injustice, we as Africans must identify our strengths and capitalize on them. We must not allow anyone to ridicule or downplay our capabilities, as these are the foundation of our value and our place in the world.
No one respects or values those who fail to bring something meaningful to the table. Everyone gravitates toward those who play a vital role, no matter how small it may seem.

For us, Africans, our contributions to the world are nothing to be joked with.
We serve the world with immense spiritual and physical strength, which I have frequently emphasized on my blog. You can explore more about these ideas here: Capitalizing on Our Strengths
Our strengths are not to be underestimated. We possess abundant spiritual and physical prowess.

To overcome the inequality and injustice plaguing both our continent and the world, we must embrace and utilize our strengths. We must rediscover who we are, recognize what we have, and challenge the oppressive systems that work against us—systems that have sought to intimidate and suppress us.
Dear fellow Africans, the time is now. We must take decisive action and refuse to endure another decade of oppression and exploitation. Let us empower ourselves, project our strengths, and showcase our value to the world.
It is well with us.
