Solving Our Food Problem —The Role of Global Entrepreneurs and Innovators (Part 13)

As part of the effort to solve our food problem, we need global entrepreneurs and innovators—individuals who specialize in solving challenges and providing lasting solutions.

Imagine visionaries like Elon Musk, Aliko Dangote, Patrice Motsepe and others dedicating their efforts to addressing Africa’s food crisis. It likely wouldn’t take them more than two years to implement effective solutions.

Yet, they are not taking action—perhaps for reasons best known to them or because many Western nations do not want Africa to develop.

The reality is that Africa has all the resources necessary to solve its food problem. However, external forces prefer to keep the continent dependent while continuing to exploit its vast human and mineral wealth.

Many Western nations solved their food problems long ago. They have surplus food stocks that could sustain them for years, even without active farming.

The level of food waste in these countries is alarming. For instance, Europe wastes over 20% of its food production. The United States wastes 30-40%, while Canada discards over 58% of its food production annually.

The food wasted in these regions exceeds the amount needed to feed millions of hungry people in Africa.

Consider these troubling statistics as of 2024:

Over 280 million Africans suffer from hunger (about 20% of the population).
One in five people in Africa is undernourished.
Nearly 40% of sub-Saharan Africans experience food insecurity.
45 million children under five suffer from wasting (dangerously low weight for height).
61.4 million African children are stunted due to chronic malnutrition.
90% of the world’s acutely malnourished children live in sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia.
Africa imports over 85% of its food, leaving it highly vulnerable to global price fluctuations.

Given these statistics, can we truly say Africa is doing well? A continent with vast fertile lands and abundant natural resources should not be importing 85% of its food. Something is fundamentally wrong.

Global entrepreneurs and innovators have an opportunity to expand their influence by investing in Africa’s agricultural sector. With a young and rapidly growing population, Africa is positioned as a future global superpower.

The question is no longer if Africa will rise—it is simply a matter of when.

Whether international players choose to contribute to Africa’s development or not, the continent will develop. We have everything it takes, and we will do it!

Wouldn’t it be remarkable for those with wealth and influence to leave a lasting impact on Africa? Imagine being remembered in history for eradicating hunger and transforming food security on the continent.

Unfortunately, many global leaders and business moguls operate with a self-centered mindset, focusing solely on their nations rather than extending their impact to Africa.

If you possess resources that could benefit all of humanity, why hoard them? Why allow Western political agendas and economic greed to blind you to the opportunity to empower Africa? Africa needs you, and you need Africa. Come to Africa!

Many of today’s global business giants have benefited immensely from Africa, yet they do little to give back.

Consider Elon Musk, the world’s richest man—he was born and raised in Africa. Had Africa been inhospitable to him, would he have been able to develop the great ideas and innovations that now shape the world?

Furthermore, major corporations like Apple, Google, Microsoft, and Amazon rely on African minerals to build their technologies. Africa provides critical raw materials for electric vehicle batteries, smartphones, and countless other innovations.

Yet, instead of acknowledging and reciprocating this contribution, these companies continue to exploit Africa while keeping it poor and underdeveloped.

But history will not forget, and posterity will judge!

Regardless of their industry, global entrepreneurs and innovators can solve Africa’s food problem—if they choose to. The question is, will they?

It is time for a global awakening—we must recognize that humanity is interconnected. There is only one race: the human race. Whatever happens to Africa will inevitably affect the rest of the world.

If global leaders refuse to invest in Africa’s development, they must be prepared to face the consequences. Consider the rise in illegal migration, international crime, and corruption—many of these issues stem from economic hardship and lack of opportunities in Africa.

When youth are jobless and deprived of economic freedom, desperation leads them into illegal activities. While this is not entirely the fault of foreign entrepreneurs, if they have the power to help and refuse to do so, they will ultimately feel the repercussions.

Solving Africa’s food problem is not just an act of charity—it is also good business. A thriving Africa means more markets, more consumers, and more revenue for global entrepreneurs. Yet, due to greed and short-term self-interest, many corporations prefer to keep Africa poor while continuing to extract its wealth.

To be fair, we need global entrepreneurs and innovators—especially those of African descent—to step up and lead the way. The future of Africa’s food security and sustainability depends on decisive action.

The time to act is now!

How to Change Any Situation – Using the Power of Your Word

Do you know that you can change your situation? I mean literally! You can transform your life, circumstances, family, marriage, business, job, and relationships. Whatever change you desire, you have the power to make it happen. Here’s how.

There is incredible power in your words—so much power that it cannot be quantified. The problem is that many of us are unaware of this power. We don’t realize just how impactful our words can be.

Imagine meeting someone and asking them for something they have and are willing to give. Because you asked, they give it to you. But what if you never asked? You would remain in need, simply because you never opened your mouth to ask.

This is exactly what many of us do when it comes to God. Instead of asking for what we want, we complain, lament, cry, and nag. Yet, God—manifested through nature—has already made provisions for everything we need. Not only does He have it, but He has also in abundance and always willing to give.

So why not ask? Why continue suffering, hoping for things to change, when all you need to do is open your mouth and declare what you desire?

Some may wonder what I mean by “nature.” Nature encompasses everything—both seen and unseen.

It is the sum of all creation and the divine provision of God. When God created man, He also created nature to supply all his needs and ensure his success on earth.

Every scientific breakthrough and human achievement has come from nature, the very foundation of all discoveries and inventions.

Everything you need already exists in nature, provided by the Creator. So when you find yourself in any situation, ask yourself: What do I want? Your focus should always be on what you desire, not on what you lack.

Open your mouth and ask in faith, just as you would confidently ask someone for something they have and are willing to give.

Many call this prayer or supplication, but I call it declaration.

Instead of begging for what has already been provided, give thanks to the Father for His abundant provision and speak to your situation with faith.

You don’t need to ask the Father for what He has already given. Rather, you should give thanks and declare your desires with confidence, knowing that nature will respond to your words.

Look at these scriptures:

Ephesians 1:3 (NKJV) – "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ."

Colossians 1:12 (NKJV) – "Giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light."

These scriptures affirm that we have already been blessed and that our heavenly Father has made all necessary provisions for us. Our role is simply to give thanks and speak to our situations with faith.

Jesus Himself demonstrated this principle. Before addressing any situation, He always gave thanks to the Father. He acknowledged God’s goodness and faithfulness before speaking to His circumstances. And every time, it worked!

You can apply the same principle in your life. Speak to your situation, and you will witness change. I see you stepping into a new level of glory and splendor. Congratulations! Stay blessed.

The Love of the Father

Maybe you've lost love, and it's difficult to find it again. You've cried and cried. Let me introduce you to the love of the Father—it is the greatest gift you will ever receive.

There is a love that many people do not know about—a genuine, unconditional, unequaled, unparalleled, and matchless love of the Father.

It was this love that conceived you in your mother’s womb. It was this love that protected you when you were young, even when your parents could not protect or see you. This love provided for you when your parents had no idea where help would come from. This love healed you when you were sick. It protected you from deadly pestilence and disease.

It gave you strength when you were weak. It thwarted the plans of your enemies—they could not overcome you. This love sustains you and makes you flourish, even in the midst of crises and challenges. You have peace and joy in your spirit because of it.

This love nurtured you through childhood and adolescence. It helped you grow into the wonderful person you are today. Throughout your life, this love has given you amazing testimonies. It has performed miracles beyond human imagination.

It made a way in the wilderness and brought forth water in the desert. It guided you through difficult times and shut the mouths of lions. It shielded you from attacks and protected you from the snare of the fowler.

This love also provided God’s angels to guide your path and instruct you in the way to go. You avoided costly mistakes that could have ended your life or led you into the traps of the enemy because of this love.

You received angelic and divine visitations in major areas of your life. It was a great deliverance and breakthrough from the Lord, allowing you to thrive and remain alive to this day.

When you thought everyone had forgotten about you, when nothing seemed to be working, and life felt frustrating and overwhelming, love stepped in. Love took over and changed the order of things. Love remembered you and secured a great future for you.

Remember what your Father said: "even if a nursing mother forgets the child of her womb, He will not forget you." He also said "He knows the thoughts He has toward you—thoughts of good and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."

How beautiful is that? How wonderful it is to know that your heavenly Father has such great plans for you and has already mapped out your future.

When fear, doubt, uncertainty, worry, anxiety, difficulty, disappointment, frustration, and all kinds of negative occurrences and emotions come your way, I want you to rest in your Father’s word. Rest in His love. His love is your sure bet!

The same love that has brought you this far will take you even farther. This love is preparing a beautiful future for you. It has set a great path before you. This is the love of the Father—the love that has made every provision for you. All you have to do is walk in it.

This love will give you strength in times of weakness. It will give you courage in times of fear. You will be victorious over every challenge you face and win every battle of life.

Keep these words in your heart and always confess them to yourself.

I see a beautiful future ahead of you. I see a brighter life and you walking in God’s purpose and plan for your life.

Keeping Love Alive in Your Marriage and Overcoming Challenges Together

I know that love in marriage can be tricky because it’s not easy to maintain. Love requires hard work. It’s one thing to say you love someone, it’s another thing to put that word into practice.

Love is an action word—there is no love without action. But how many people can truly match their words with actions?

Perhaps the way you loved your spouse at the beginning of your marriage is no longer the same. Things have changed. Your love has dwindled drastically, and it’s giving you concern.

Your husband is no longer giving you attention. Your wife is no longer respecting you. There are issues with finances, sex, taking care of the children, in-laws, house chores, and other responsibilities.

Petty things that never used to be an issue before are now sources of conflict. They have become recurring topics of discussion.

You are gradually becoming weary and tired. Things are no longer the way they used to be—I understand. And yes, change is inevitable. These challenges will come, but you both can handle them.

You can grow together in love. You can learn to adapt and adjust. You can compromise and create space for each other to grow and flourish in love. I know it’s not easy, but it is possible. You can do it!

We cannot become better if we do not grow together. We cannot improve if we do not allow each other to express ourselves and learn from one another.

I want you to understand that both of you have a mission together. You have destinies that must align and work in harmony. Yes, you can make it work. I believe in you!

Maybe you are thinking of leaving your marriage or even leaving your children. Please, think again. Endure for the sake of peace in your marriage. Let love be rekindled in your home.

If you are going through abuse—whether it’s physical, emotional, or psychological—please report it immediately to a reliable person and let the issue be addressed.

In other cases, if it’s not complex, there might not be a need to get people involved if you can both resolve your issues amicably. Challenges are normal in marriage. And where don’t we have challenges in life? They are part of life.

Challenges help us grow. They help us get better. They make us stronger and wiser. I know it won’t be easy going through them, but in the end, they will surely yield good results.

I don’t want you to give up yet. I don’t want you to lose hope. Your marriage can succeed. Your family can grow in love.

Let this season of love be a refreshing one for you and your spouse. Let your love be rekindled and your hopes reassured. Let your commitment and trust in each other be renewed, and your visions and goals be fulfilled.

I see happiness, success, joy, good health, and blessings in your family because of the great love in your marriage. Congratulations, and God bless you!

Engaging the Power of Prayer (Part 2)

Now you know that prayer is not only when you set aside time to pray. It is not only when you open your mouth to pray; it is when you open your heart to pray. Prayer happens when you become conscious of and connect your spirit and soul to your source—your heavenly Father.

We understand that there are different types of prayer, each serving its own purpose and function.

Nevertheless, prayer always has the goal of effecting a change in the realm of the spirit. And when things happen in the realm of the spirit, they manifest in the realm of the flesh.

Everything we see in the physical first manifests in the spiritual. Nothing happens in the physical that has not already occurred in the spiritual. The spiritual dictates the physical. That is why you must exercise your spiritual authority as a believer.

You must not allow anyone to trample upon your rights because you are a believer. You must engage your spiritual weapons to fight any battle on earth. Remember, you are a true ambassador of your heavenly Father on earth, and you must represent Him well.

Through prayer, you activate your spiritual weapons and tap into the anointing and power of the Spirit.

Here is another vital point—speaking in tongues. Speaking in tongues is extremely powerful when you pray because it enables you to bypass your mind and connect directly with the heart of the Father. It allows you to reach greater depths in the spirit and perform more miracles.

Speaking in tongues makes prayer easier, helps you avoid distractions, and frees you from concerns about human language or communication barriers.

You don’t have to worry about prayer points or specific verses; you simply connect your spirit, enabling you to receive divine downloads from the spirit and overcome all human limitations.

Prayer is a vital tool that we must always engage. We cannot afford to lose the battles of life. As believers, with all that we have been given, we should accept nothing less than success in life.

Prayer is not merely a religious practice. It is not a cultural or traditional ritual. It must come from a place of understanding and revelation if you want to achieve maximum results in life.

Engaging the Power of Prayer (Part 1)

Prayer is one of the most misunderstood concepts in many religious practices across the world. Yet, it is also the most important spiritual activity on earth.

Prayer is not just communicating with God. It is not just asking God for what you want. It is a means—a means of getting things done in the spirit!

On earth, man CANNOT do anything without God, and God WILL NOT do anything without man. So, there is always a partnership between heaven and earth. That's where prayer comes in.

Here’s something important—what happens on earth depends on man because God has given him dominion over the earth, and He doesn’t interfere with that.

Look at what the Bible says:

"The heaven, even the heavens, are the Lord’s: but the earth hath He given to the children of men." —Psalm 115:16 (KJV).

Also, in Genesis 1:26;

"And God said 'Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.'"

So, the dominion of man over the earth is unquestionable, which means the intervention of God will require man. That’s why prayer is not an option for you but a necessity. It is not a religious activity but a spiritual connectivity.

Now you understand that God needs you in order to intervene on earth. And nothing can happen on earth without your cooperation with God. So, prayer is crucial for your success on earth.

Here’s another important point: without prayer, you cannot accomplish your purpose on earth. You cannot exercise your spiritual authority. So, prayer is as important as your breath. It is as important as your life.

Let me take you deeper. When you pray, you tap into spiritual energy and make grace available.

Prayer makes you connect to your divine source—your Heavenly Father—the Father of all creation, in whom all power in heaven and earth belongs.

There is no other authority higher than the authority of our God. And when you pray, you connect to that authority. So, every other authority, including the ones on earth, must submit to God’s authority. Prayer makes you connect to that authority.

When you pray, you see things in the realm of the spirit. You control and manage things. You also discern things. You know what is to happen and how to navigate life and situations. Prayer makes you a true ambassador of your heavenly Father on earth.

Through prayer, you can also create things and receive great ideas that will liberate the world.

I love what David said—he said, “Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable unto You, O Lord, my salvation.” That is what I call prayer: the words of your mouth and the meditation of your heart. Prayer starts with the words that are in your mouth and the meditations that are in your heart.

This is very important to understand about prayer. If you stop praying with your mouth, don’t stop praying in your heart. That is why the Bible says, “Pray at all seasons. Pray always.”

This is because it is important to keep praying if you want to win in the battles of life.

My Food Idea (Part 12)

For a long time, I have envisioned solving our food problem in Africa. I will pitch the idea once again, so if you are interested, feel free to reach out.

Food is indispensable. It is unavoidable—we will always need it. So, it is crucial to address our food challenges.

In Africa, we face significant food deficiencies. I came up with the idea of creating a platform that will connect those who want to donate food with those who are in need.

This platform would provide real-time information on where food is available, allowing people to go and collect it. Unlike traditional food banks, this system would have multiple undisclosed locations, and only registered users on the platform would have access to this information.

Each participant would have an account and a unique ID number. The identity of food donors would be protected—there would be no exchange of personal contacts or addresses. Instead, food would be deposited at designated accredited locations, where recipients could collect it using their ID numbers, ensuring security and preventing duplication or impersonation.

For food donors, there would be social and economic benefits. For recipients, not only would they gain access to food, but they would also have opportunities to volunteer, improving their chances of securing employment and additional support.

Other key stakeholders would include food institutions, restaurants, hotels, schools, and businesses. The ultimate goal is to tackle food insecurity, minimize waste, and promote Africa's development while reducing crime.

No matter where we are in the world, as Africans, we have a responsibility to contribute to solving our food problem.

You can’t say the problem in Africa is not your problem just because you are not living there. You never know what could happen tomorrow. So, it is wise to reach out and offer whatever help you can. By doing so, you are not only making life better for others, but you are also creating a better future for yourself.

So, contribute your quota. Whether it is your money, ideas, connections, time, effort, or anything else, nothing is too small. Give your best to making food available and sustainable in our continent.

Freedom!

How many times can I call it? Maybe a million times. It’s vital for our life. It’s essential for our sanity. It’s also important for our fulfillment in life. But what is freedom, and how can you know you have it?

Freedom is what I describe as the ability to live your life to the fullest, without restriction or limitation.

Today, we hear all kinds of freedom, and you may wonder if you experience freedom in those terms. From physical freedom to mental, financial, marital, and emotional freedom—we need freedom in every aspect of life.

If you are not free, you cannot fully enjoy your life.

Freedom is not just about being able to do something. It’s not only about waking up when you want, going wherever you want, or eating whatever you want, it is also the ability to set goals and achieve them. It is the ability to discipline yourself to achieve what you desire in life.

Freedom is a responsibility—a power placed in your hands to make choices that will set your life on a trajectory of excellence on earth.

Perhaps, with all the burdens you carry now, you feel you are not free. You may be going through difficulties and challenges that make you feel as if things are not going right. I understand. While you might not be able to control everything around you or outside of you, you can control everything within you.

You can control your thoughts. You can control your life. And that is the beauty of it.

Freedom starts in the mind. It begins within. If you are not free inside, you cannot be free outside, and it will be difficult to experience freedom externally.

Though the world’s system may be choking us, making us feel enslaved and oppressed, you can liberate your mind from it. You can free yourself from the stress and burdens of the world. You have an assignment to fulfill here, and it is your responsibility to fight for its fulfillment. In that, you will find true joy and happiness. It is what brings lasting fulfillment.

You might look at others and wish you were them. You may wish to have what they have or live the life they are living. But all those things are ephemeral—mere illusions. They are like clouds that will soon clear away. You don’t strive for things that will perish. You work for things that will last. The fulfillment of your purpose is what truly endures, and that must be your focus.

Freedom allows you to live your best life without worrying about whether you are living for someone else. People may have expectations of you, but they are not your creator. Their expectations are ultimately insignificant. Focus on your life and your purpose—because that is all that truly matters.

Engage with freedom in your mind. Tap into your inner freedom, and begin to manifest the richness of your life in all its glory and splendor.
