Position can give you the opportunity to lead. It doesn't make you a leader. Leadership is not announcing who you are. It is manifesting who you are.
v God is a perfect leader. He didn't create man to be close to his image. He actually created man in his image. He successfully reproduced himself in man, to be and function like him. Oh, what a leader!
v Leadership starts from within and then, manifests without. Don't lead from outside if you are not settled on the inside.
v Leaders set the pace that others follow and hold the ace that others behold.
v Leaders lead by example, others follow the example.
v Leadership is not pleasing everyone around you. It is serving everyone around you.
v Even the ants understand leadership. Leadership is not doing what people expected you to do. It is doing what you supposed to do. Work in your own capacity, not in people’s capacity.
v Leadership is not looking for who likes you. It is looking for who needs you.
v Leadership is not about where you are. It is about who you are.
v Leadership is not about holding a position. It is about making a contribution.
v You can decide to be a leader, and you can decide to be a follower. It is a mentality.
v Serve people, but don’t follow them. Follow Christ.
v Leadership is not about telling people what to do. It is about showing people what you do.
v Leadership is about making sacrifice. If you are not ready to make sacrifice, please don’t be a leader, else, you might be frustrated.
v Leadership is not about starting well. It’s about ending well.
v People can put you in a position, they can’t make you a leader. It’s more of internal thing not external thing.
v A leader sees the end from the beginning, where others thought things have ended, a leader knows things have just begun.
v Don’t question a leader if you have not become one, for if you have become one, you will know answer to those questions.
v I have seen many people who want to enjoy the blessings of leadership but don’t want to pay the sacrifice of leadership. No, it’s never done. Why because It’s actually the sacrifice that will launch you into the blessings. No sacrifice, no blessing.
v As a leader, let people’s opinions count, but don’t count on them, count on what you are convinced about. When you fail, people will not say it is their opinion, they will simply say it is your decision.
v People can be important, but can’t be indispensable. Let no one despise your leadership. Whoever is raising ugly head against your leadership must be put where he belongs. Take no non-sense.
v Leadership is not about staying where you are. It is about going where you want to be.
v For the fact that you don’t see sense in what I’m doing now don’t make it wrong, it only makes it different from your opinion. A leader doesn’t desist from what he’s convinced about. Whether masses accept it or not.
v Leadership is not about occupying a seat, it’s about accompanying a feat.
v A leader doesn’t need to beg or force people to follow him. People are not goats. If he influences them well enough, they will follow and even become his servant. Humans like to serve by will, not by force.

v Who is best in leadership, men or women? Who desires leadership more, women or men? The answer is with individuals, not with ideologists.
v Until we make everybody think and live as a leader, irresponsibilities and slavery mentality would be the order of the day.

v Leaders don’t look for who will celebrate them. They simply work for what to celebrate.
v Nobody has ever lack position to lead. Everybody can be a leader, if they all have leadership mentality.
v Leaders don’t announce where they are. They simply manifest who they are wherever they are. You will sure locate them wherever they are because of who they are.
v You may not get all you want to lead, but you sure have all you need to lead.
v Leadership is all about starting where you are. You may not be perfect yet, you may not know many things yet, but you sure have everything it takes to be a leader.
v Leadership is all about influencing people. If you’ve got someone to influence. You’ve become a leader.
v In leadership, the people following you maybe far or near you. The point is people are following you because you are influencing them and that makes you a leader. I celebrate your leadership.
v Leaders look for the control. Others look for the controlled. Leaders identify the cause, others can only see the effect. Leaders set things into motion, others run into motion.
v You can’t know the cause without knowing the effect, but you can know the effect without knowing the cause.
v There are leadership qualities and styles. Identify your leadership qualities and styles and learn other ones too.
v A leader doesn’t wait for people to do what is right. He simply does what is right and others follow suit.
v Leaders are people who are committed to learning. Ever studying, never ceasing. Success for them is not a day thing, it is a life thing. The end of one success is the beginning of another. I celebrate great leaders.
v What is the difference between leading one person and leading a thousand people? The difference is in the quantity not the quality. If you can lead one person right, you can lead one thousand right. Leadership is not in the multitude, it is in the attitude.
v Women have important ingredients for good leadership. They have influence. They have ideas. They are the multipliers. They are the amplifiers. Give them a seed, they will give you a tree. Give them a vision, they will give you a generation. Women are gold.

v One distinguishing factor of leadership is vision; the ability to capture the picture of the future in the present. All of us know where we are coming from. Only few of us know where we are going to. Vision gives you direction to 'where you are going' and instruction to 'how you are going'.
v Leaders are readers, not only books, but people and situations. They can see an adult man in zygote. They can see miracles in obstacles. They are never complacent with where they are, but keep working on who they are. The end of one success is the beginning of another. Come on, leaders are always on top, no matter what may disturb.
v There's a position you occupy that no one else can fit in. Your uniqueness makes you standout without competition with any human being. You don't lead outside your position no matter the location. Your unique position makes you give your unique contribution.
v Leaders face leading problems. Others face other problems. Leaders create solutions out of problems. Others look for other solutions away from problems. Don't be in a hurry to blame a leader until you become one.
v Leadership is not about telling people what to do. It is about showing people what you do. You influence people more by what you do than what you say.
v Leaders look for the control, others look for the controlled. Leaders identify the cause, others run after the course. Leaders set things into motion, others run into motion. Identify the category you want.
v Problems, for leaders are responsibility, not liability. Why? Because they will soon turn it over to an object of celebrity. Leaders see possibility in every impossibility/disability.
v Anybody can love those who love them. Leadership is more than friendship. It is a sacrifice that operates by the principle of love to everybody. Even if you don't feel like, leadership requires you to do like, not because you want it, but because you need it. Leadership makes us better.
v Genuine and lasting leadership comes not just by aspiration, but by inspiration. Leaders who are not inspired regularly will soon expire sporadically. Be inspired.
v Leaders don't waste their time looking for what people want. They invest their time working on what they have.
